the ventilation in the bathroom could be improved furhter , especially when you have A warm bath.

There are many to say like, 24 hrs check out, The lounge facility, timely service, free of cost laundry - business center services, wi-fi internet etc... There is no single hidden cost during my stay and the Hotel & Rooms are so well designed that...  

The room was a decent size and offered breathtaking views. the location was good and absolutely perfect; for example, Pondy Bazaar was relatively close to the hotel. - the staff was highly efficient and hospitable, they helped a lot.

..many things. first of all the staff friendliness and professionalism is just excellent.at the reception Swathee and her colleges are so nice and quick. the food is very tasty, thanks to the chefs and the room service staff.

may be the price is bit high...

Staff, receiption and general layout of hotel was good.

Linen and rooms were extremely poor ! Linen was almost threadbare ! For a 5-start hotel, this is totally unacceptable.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and very pleasant, offering good amenities, and there is also a very nice restaurant on site.

Amazing and delicious breakfast, excellent food choice. Newly furnished unit on the higher floors. Excellent location in the business area, just next door to the shopping areas of T Nagar, T-Nagar, Chennai, and T Nagar main shopping and cabs/ tuk tuks.

The hotel had charged immetiately when enter the hotel. Even though I had booked the room in Booked.net.and gave the creditcard number and all they have charged the Room bill with tax before occubing the room. It is veeeeeeeeeeeeey bad. I had stay in the same hotel several time they had billed after checkout.But they had said that you have booking on lines you have topay in advance.

Clean, high-quality place with well-organized staff in all areas! No complaints at all.

It is good value for money, rooms are clean and there is good sense of space and light. The bathroom functions well. All electrical equipment work well eg TV, airconditioning, electric kettle. Staff are friendly. I found the restaurant Southern Aroma over rated and somewhat expensive. The breakfast was excellent and staff who served and managed the breakfast are very well trained and hospitable. My internet booking was also successful. Please note I stayed there with my elderly mother and she was impressed with the the care and attention of the hotel staff. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

1) Mosquito repelent should be permanent feature of the room as chennai is mosquito prone city. 2) Bathroom require brightly lite. 3) Chocolate to be added along with fruit basket.
